Through nearly one year’s process of arbitration, our client , Coperion GmbH, a German manufacturer ,as the respondent, was given the awards in favor of its interests.  The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC") Shanghai Sub-Commission finally disagreed with all the claims submitted by the claimant.
